Transcendental Meditation practice for about 30 years, plus whatever modalities seem to be necessary or blissful. Kathak and Bollywood dance.

How do you honor the Sacred Feminine in your Life?

By enjoying my natural femininity, putting together beautiful and creative outfits and costumes every day, dancing, being devoted to my partner, cooking, working at home, chanting to Laxmi and Saraswati. Emphasizing my feelings rather than analyzing when something comes up. spending time with the holy mothers: Amachi, etc. Talking with women friends. Asking Saraswati to dance in me. Pelvic Rocking every day for a few minutes.

What are your core values at this point in your Life & how does your Life reflect them?

One of my core values is a focus and understanding on motive and intent as opposed to outward action. Another is attempting to deepen the ability to make decisions based on bliss and not intellect or shoulds. Another is that it is the inner world that gives rise to the outer and so consciousness is primary, matter secondary. But being clear and efficient in outer life is as important as being able to submerge in the place beyond thought and seeking to integrate these two halves of life.

What skills do you most want to learn about to better honor the feminine?

To perform and teach so much that I make enough money to live on and that I live in the fullness of my dance and inner life and that I express more and more of my Self thru dance and can share it in a wider circle: as wide as my life and health and the Divine allow.

I love the way Randycat loves me: with tenderness, respect and honesty and gentle masculine guidance that is not invasive but is sexy and attentive to my sensibility.
